Requirements
- Higher education (at least a bachelor's degree)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Analytical skills
- Customer orientation and problem-solving skills, knowledge of customer service
- Ability to work under time pressure and good organization
- High communication skills, ability to build relationships
- Independence and responsibility in performing assigned tasks
- Knowledge of SAP
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
