Area Manager SME (Bandung)

Lead and oversee all branch teams within the designated area to achieve sales and profitability targets effectively. Drive business expansion across multiple cities by implementing structured processes to meet organizational objectives. Develop and execute sustainable growth strategies for the car refinancing business through the recruitment of agent networks and the establishment of new acquisition channels.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Senior Manager position within SME Financial Institutions or Commercial Banking, with at least 1 year as an Area Manager.
• Strong expertise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) or Commercial Banking sectors.
• Extensive network within the SME or Commercial Banking industry, particularly in the assigned area.
• Demonstrates confidence, excellent communication skills, a charismatic personality, and the ability to foster teamwork.
• Capable of thriving under pressure, meeting ambitious targets, and managing time effectively in a dynamic environment.
