Job Description
The Field Foreman - Patching is responsible for ensuring a safe jobsite, communicating daily action plans, and assessing and repairing non-conforming precast concrete products. They will utilize industry techniques and materials to provide a finished appearance matching customer expectations. The position involves concrete grinding, patching, and repair, as well as welding, and requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- 5+ years of Concrete and Masonry patching experience and knowledge
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience
- Valid driver’s license
- DOT medcard
- Scissor and boom lift certification
- OSHA 10/30
