Job Description
This position is onsite at our Lino Lakes, MN Facility. The hours are Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 1:00pm. The Union Production Laborer - Precast will cross train and perform procedures to assemble and construct beams, columns, and panel beds, and assist teammates and be a team player.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous welding experience or willingness to learn
- Previous experience in manufacturing, precast, preferred
- Adept at safe use of various hand tools
- Able to read and interpret precise measurements using a tape measure
- Ability in math concepts to include: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent eye/hand coordination
