Leads and directs a team responsible for provider data management activities, analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Strategically plans, leads, and manages the provider data management function and processes
• Directs the development, implementation and maintenance of provider data in the claims payment system
• Supports critical business strategies by providing systematic solutions and recommendations on business processes
• Responds to legislative and regulatory developments and audits as it relates to provider information
• Engages with information technology (IT) and other departments to implement changes to business processes and systems
