The role involves customer relationship management, training, market analysis, and reporting, with a focus on wood construction and roofing. The position offers flexibility, working primarily from a home office with frequent travel to customer sites.

Requirements

• Commercial or technical training, corresponding studies, or in-depth knowledge in wood construction or roofing
• Experienced craftsman in the wood processing sector
• Flexibility and mobility
• Customer and service orientation
• Team spirit and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of Office and experience with CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and reliability
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Confident presentation skills and enthusiasm for presenting solutions
• Proficiency in German and French (spoken and written)
