Job Description
Mollie is looking for an AML Compliance Officer to join their team in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, overseeing, and improving Mollie's AML/CFT and sanctions framework for their Belgian operations.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in AML/CFT and financial crime compliance within a regulated financial institution
- Prior experience as an AMLCO or deputy AMLCO, ideally within a Belgian regulatory context
- Strong, working knowledge of the Belgian AML/CFT framework, EU directives (AMLD, PSD2), and EBA Guidelines
- A track record of managing regulatory relationships and reporting obligations
- The ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable frameworks
