As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll accelerate territory growth through new business development and strategic account expansion, building and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers at major health systems, and position and sell premium wound care solutions by articulating clinical and economic value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical device or wound care
- Experience selling premium-priced products where value-based selling was key to success
- Proven sales results—consistent 100%+ quota achievement is preferred
- Highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communicator who's confident presenting to large groups and senior-level stakeholders
- Analytical thinker who can use data to drive strategy and defend market share
- Comfortable with overnight travel; Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
