Job Description
Moloco is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the GTM StratOps team, you will be responsible for owning cross-functional initiatives, running the operating cadence, diagnosing the GTM motion, contributing to AI-enabled workflows, and producing analytical inputs that shape planning decisions.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Strategy, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or a Commercial Leadership role
- Experience in ad tech, performance advertising, or B2B SaaS
- Ability to own things, not just support them
- Ability to drive initiatives to completion across multiple teams
- Ability to read the GTM motion and identify trends in business data
- Ability to contribute to AI-enabled workflows and use AI daily
- Ability to analyze data and produce insights that shape planning decisions
- Reliability and ability to work well with others
