Moloco is seeking a Regional Product Activation Lead to drive in-market product adoption and be the voice of the Korean market. The role requires 4–7 years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy consulting, or a similar role, with a solid understanding of the Korean mobile advertising ecosystem.

- Solid understanding of the Korean mobile advertising ecosystem, including key players, market dynamics, and advertiser expectations
- Analytical and structured thinker who can identify patterns across data points, validate them with customer evidence, and translate findings into clear recommendations
- Strong communicator who can convey complex and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-directed and comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a local market, with the ability to manage your own priorities while staying aligned with a regionally distributed team
- Collaborative by nature: comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams across time zones
- Organized and execution-oriented — able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment without losing sight of impact
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers: listening, problem-solving, and building trust over time
- Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English
