Concession Manager

Molton Brown is seeking an experienced Concession Manager to manage two Key Account Concessions in Arnotts and Brown Thomas. The role requires a passion for luxury retail, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
• Experience within the fragrance and beauty retail environment is desirable
• Excellent communicator
• Engaging and successful leader
• Proven commercial acumen and P&L accountability
• Customer Centric approach
• Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements
