Job Description
Molton Brown is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their Clarks Village store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. They will be responsible for driving business sales, achieving store targets, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
- Experience within the fragrance and beauty retail environment is desirable
- An excellent communicator
- An engaging and successful leader
- Proven commercial acumen and P&L accountability
- Customer Centric approach
- Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements
