Molton Brown is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Cambridge store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury, strong strategic and analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
• Experience within the fragrance and beauty retail environment is desirable
• An excellent communicator
• An engaging and successful leader
• Proven commercial acumen and P&L accountability
• Customer Centric approach
