Mom's Meals, a leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals, seeks a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their orders. The position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing questions, and providing exceptional service.

Requirements

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
• Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Input order information into the client order screen
• Document conversations with clients into client information database
• Contact case managers regarding special situations
• Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
