Job Description
The Produce Manager is responsible for ensuring the produce department provides the highest quality product and delivers the highest level or service to our customers.
Requirements
- Dependable and reliable, having the ability to work a flexible schedule
- Successful completion of the PMIT training program and New Manager Orientation
- Physical ability to perform the following: standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack, and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of math, weights and measures
- Proficient experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Catapult
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands
- Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Interest in company culture and desire to grow in the field
