Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who loves building impactful products, solving complex problems, and turning ideas into scalable experiences customers genuinely love. This is a high-impact role with strong ownership and visibility across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within SaaS, technology, or digital product environments
• Proven track record of launching, scaling, and improving digital products
• Strong product intuition combined with analytical and strategic thinking
• Experience working closely with cross-functional Agile teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical complexity
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Passion for technology, AI, product innovation, and emerging trends
• Proven experience leading product initiatives from ideation through delivery and post-launch
• Experience working directly with engineers in a hands-on delivery model
• Data-driven mindset with confidence using analytics and customer feedback to guide decisions
• Passion for creating impactful, high-quality user experiences
• Czech and English are must
