Founding Engineer (AI Engineering)

We're building the future of quality at Momentic, a lean team of 12 located in San Francisco. We're hiring several talented software engineers to help us build an AI-native automated testing platform. Our product is leagues ahead of competitors and has a large problem space with plenty of opportunities to take ownership and build new features.

Requirements

• Experience with LLM performance tuning, including prompt engineering and context management strategies
• Experience with LLM evaluations and observability
• Experience integrating LLMs into real-world applications using a modern tech stack (Python, TypeScript, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience
