Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager is responsible for driving sustainable process improvements across manufacturing and operations using Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies. The role leads engineering teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost through data-driven decision-making and disciplined project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field)
• 7+ years of manufacturing or operations engineering experience
• 3+ years of people leadership or technical leadership experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Experience working in high-volume or complex manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with digital manufacturing, MES, and data analytics tools
