Job Description
Momentive Technologies delivers purity that inspires progress. The Senior Process Engineer will report directly to the Operations Manager at the Highland Quartz plant, leading the manufacturing process of high purity Quartz products used in the semiconductor industry. Responsibilities include providing leadership, engineering expertise, and excellence to the Operations and Maintenance teams in support of Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, and Organizational Development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Demonstrated capital project management skills including engagement and management of internal and external resources
- Good written and oral English communication skills
- Demonstrated team contribution and leadership skills
