Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be the primary contact for customer support-related activities, providing best-in-class customer service for external customers and business partners. You will closely collaborate with various departments and play a key role as a profitability driver by offering proactive support to sales and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least two (2) years of experience in a Customer Service role
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, international, multicultural environment
• Strong organization skills & detail oriented
• Customer oriented mind set
• Ability to work well with others
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word
