Job Description
Global Segment Leader – Agriculture role leads Momentive’s global Agriculture segment, driving growth and strategy execution across commercial, marketing, R&D, and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of commercial/business leadership experience
- 3 years leading a global team
- Working knowledge of Ag market trends, customers, and technologies.
- Expertise in Agricultural Adjuvants and crop protection applications
