Lead/Promote to establishment of Safety Culture at Ohta Site, promoting a positive organizational culture, instilling management and EHS policies, and conducting safety culture assessments.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate with various departments, including on-site staff
- Ability to understand and implement legal requirements
- PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Experience in safety and health work at a factory, plant, manufacturing site, or construction site
- University graduate with a major in chemistry
- Ability to speak everyday English
