Job Description
This Process Engineer role involves ensuring manufacturing and EHS standards are met while driving compliance and improving operational performance for Utilities. The role requires on-site presence at least five days per week, Monday through Friday, and includes responsibilities such as troubleshooting plant deviations, utilizing stable operations, and managing day-to-day operations and maintenance for plant utility systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience
- High degree of initiative, ownership, and energy
- Demonstrated ability to organize, motivate, and lead teams in cross-functional settings to drive change
