Product Stewardship Specialist II

This position is responsible for safeguarding business continuity and enabling sustainable growth by ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements governing products and related business activities.

Requirements

• Project Management
• Prepare and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels using established systems and processes
• Manage material introductions, including classification and labelling activities
• Initiate and coordinate Notification of Change (NOC) processes
• Support SAP data management activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and system integrity
• Establish, track, and report performance metrics for assigned workstreams
• Provide reporting support to the broader Product Stewardship (PS) team
• Drive continuous process improvement by reinforcing best practices and identifying enhancement opportunities
