Shift Leader

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the production staff through day to day activities, ensuring health and safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, and promoting adherence to company quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of grade C / 4 in English and math’s
• 2 years of manufacturing experience in a processing environment
• Demonstrable experience of leading a team within a manufacturing environment
• IT skills able to use MS applications
