Job Description
Shift Manager role based in Kettering, leading and developing the manufacturing shift to achieve all KPIs, driving a culture of performance and accountability, and working closely with manufacturing colleagues across the wider DS Smith POS business.
Requirements
- Excellent team leadership skills with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Qualification in Safety and/or Quality Management
- Commitment to team working principles
- Computer literate to an advanced level
