Shift Manager

Shift Manager role based in Kettering, leading and developing the manufacturing shift to achieve all KPIs, driving a culture of performance and accountability, and working closely with manufacturing colleagues across the wider DS Smith POS business.

Requirements

• Excellent team leadership skills with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Qualification in Safety and/or Quality Management
• Commitment to team working principles
• Computer literate to an advanced level
• Comfort with communicating to a wide and diverse audience
• Analytical and rational approach to decision making
• Proven leadership and management skills
