DP World is recruiting for a Shift Manager to join their fast-paced operation in Hinckley, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, management, and coordination of the shift, with a focus on delivering high levels of service, productivity, and cost control.

Requirements

• Previous management experience in a fast-paced logistics operation
• Excellent communication skills with expertise in managing customer relationships
• Good level of Maths and English
• Proven experience in leadership and development of teams
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and MS-Office
