Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Shift Manager to join us at our Equipment Management operation in Erith, supporting our customer, Morrisons. This is a fast paced, busy operation handling all returned products and equipment from their stores, it’s all about recycling and reuse!
Requirements
- Warehouse operational management background
- Excellent understanding of health and safety policies and procedures
- Experience of leading teams, providing guidance, coaching, mentoring, and creating development plans
- Ability to communicate effectively in both a written and verbal capacity
