Shift Manager

We’re recruiting for a full-time, permanent Shift Manager position at GXO, responsible for leading a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment and delivering exceptional performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams in a high-volume warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• A proactive, solution-focused approach and the confidence to make decisions under pressure
• Ability to build strong working relationships and support team development
