Shift Manager - Nights

Role Overview

DS Smith are looking for a Shift Manager to join the team based at manufacturing site in Kettering. As a Shift Manager, people and operations management will be essential to keep the site fully operational. The Shift Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the manufacturing shift to achieve all KPIs.

What You Will Do

The Shift Manager will be responsible for reducing safety hazards, driving a culture of performance and accountability, and working closely with manufacturing colleagues across the wider DS Smith POS business. The role will also involve improving customer service, managing team members, and maintaining housekeeping and GMP standards.
