Shift Manager - Nights

Role Overview

The Shift Manager is the single-point owner of factory performance for an assigned shift in the East Fishkill 300mm Wafer Fab. This role is accountable for delivering safe, stable, and cost-effective manufacturing results through decisive leadership, rigorous enforcement of standards, and end-to-end ownership of operational outcomes.

What You Will Do

Own and deliver shift-level performance results across equipment uptime, throughput, quality, cycle time, and cost. Lead on-shift problem definition, containment, and recovery for equipment, process, staffing, and material constraints.
