Job description
Reporting to the Departmental Manufacturing Manager, the Shift Team Manager is key to the success of the team, leading a shift team of 10-50 employees to deliver against targets in Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Cost.
Responsibilities include implementing safety and quality systems, delivering production KPIs, managing people, controlling costs, and participating in change management initiatives.
The role requires excellent communication skills, prioritization skills, coaching skills, strong team working, and good SAP and IT skills.
