Job Description
The Technical Management Trainee Program (TMT) is a two-year program that accelerates new graduates with a Master's degree in a Chemical-related field to become future Application Development Engineers or Junior Marketing roles. The program includes a structured training program and multiple job assignments.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Polymer Science, or a relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both Chinese and English communication
- Strong leadership skills and self-confidence
