Ensure that our automated plants run stably, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. Develop them technically continuously. As a shift foreman, you are the central point of contact in the shift: You stabilize the workflows, lead your team in everyday life, and ensure that our production goals are reliably achieved.

Requirements

• Completed technical or vocational training (e.g. machine and plant operator, mechatronics technician, electronics technician, etc.)
• Experience in the production environment, ideally in a coordinating or leading role
• Developed technical understanding for production plants
• High presence and hands-on mentality at the shop floor
• Clear, appreciative communication and assertiveness
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to work in a shift system
