Job Description
The Restorative Partial Hospitalization (RPH) Coordinator provides 3 days of RPH programming per week, supervised by a Program Manager. This role involves collaboration in program planning and implementation, working with individuals with psychiatric illness. The Coordinator demonstrates communication, documentation, and motivational skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
- Three years experience working with individuals with psychiatric illness.
- Commitment to psychosocial rehabilitation.
- Demonstrated communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to motivate people and build relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while making important clinical decisions.
