Plan, organize and manage the clinical operational aspects of the Reflections program, ensuring the highest degree of dementia care for residents, in accordance with the INVEST mission and Brandywine standards. Manage the recruitment and hiring process for Reflections Care Management team members, and coordinate the RCP Training program.
Requirements
- Supports the Mission, Values and Vision of Brandywine Living and the facility.
- Is knowledgeable of resident rights and ensures an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment.
- Coordinates recruitment and hiring process specifically for the Reflections Care Management team members.
- Complies with Controlled Substances policy and procedures in maintaining accurate inventories and controlled logs.
- Adheres to infection control policy and procedures.
