Job Description
The Wellness Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents with an emphasis on holistic wellness, assists in training and monitoring of medication administration, and supervises care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current LPN license
- At least 2 years' experience with long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital setting preferred
- Experience working with residents with Alzheimer's or other related dementias
