As a Behaviour Interventionist at Monarch House, you will implement programs designed by a senior clinical team to support clients with complex needs and/or developmental disabilities in a fast-paced environment. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to teach and reinforce skills in a 1:1 and/or small group setting, while providing a positive and engaging client experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience working with children and youth with complex needs and/or developmental disabilities
- Pursuing or completed education in Psychology, Speech or linguistics, occupational therapy or kinesiology
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 6 months
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- A valid driver's license (Class 5) and reliable vehicle for daily use
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
