Occupational Therapist responsible for developing programs to enable individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other needs to participate in daily activities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience working with children with ASD
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience and familiarity with assessment tools (standardized tests, etc.)
- Member of college (CAOT) or CAOT eligible
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility in scheduling clients
- Comfortable with community work and working independently with support from a regional OT team
- Must possess a driver's license and access to a vehicle for daily use
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
