Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machining principles and experience operating a variety of CNC milling machines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines or completion of a relevant vocational or technical school program in CNC machining.
- CAD/CAM knowledge is helpful but not required
- Able to read micrometer, gauges and comparator. Also able to read blueprints.
- Good computer skills and math skills
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Good organization skills; able to prioritize and plan multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated; proactive in improving processes and anticipating needs/problems
- Team player; able to work well with a wide variety of people
- Quality and safety focused
- Able to read and write fluently in English
