Job Description
We're seeking a Behavioral Specialist to join our team at Monarch, a leading provider of care for individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injury. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will work closely with individuals to assess their hopes, dreams, and desires, and provide support to help them achieve their goals. You will also assist individuals in participating fully in their community, ensure their rights are protected, and provide emotional, physical, and social support as needed.
