Job Description
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Possible. As a Demand Planning Analyst, you will develop the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and at the stock keeping unit (SKU) level. You will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
- Strong Planning background, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.
- Demonstrable knowledge of analytics and/or experience with analytics software SAP/ IBP 360 or equivalent
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience of delivering results across large multinational companies
- Demonstrated ability to understand key performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement enabled by technology
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
