Join Mondelēz International as Director, Plant Baddi and lead the supply chain strategies to deliver a competitive advantage. Establish an agile and synchronized supply chain, develop and implement a 3-year strategic plan, and lead cross-functional teams to identify best practices and improvements.
Requirements
- Significant experience in leading manufacturing performance in a fast-moving manufacturing environment with exceptional results
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving, and team building with a strong financial and business acumen
