Mondelez is looking for an accomplished Sales Traditional Trade Head to lead our TT channel nationwide and a team of field sales representatives/managers. The successful candidate will oversee the TT sales business, driving revenue growth, expanding distribution networks, gaining market share, and ensuring superior execution in traditional outlets.
Requirements
- 16-20 years of experience in TT/GT channels within the FMCG industry in Vietnam
- Proven leadership in senior sales management and RTM roles
- Exceptional ability to drive business transformation and capture growth opportunities in fragmented channels
- Strong skills in strategic negotiation and cross-functional partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English
