Job Description
Plant Finance Controller for Mondelez India Foods Private Limited responsible for driving cost discipline, capital governance, financial planning, compliance, and performance management to ensure efficient and profitable plant operations.
Requirements
- 8–13 years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing/plant environment
- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance qualification
- Strong exposure to product costing, capex evaluation, variance analysis and financial planning
- Experience in cost efficiency and working capital management
- Experience managing audits and compliance
- Manufacturing / FMCG background preferred
