Job Description
As a Process Engineer at Mondelēz International, you will optimize processes, eliminate losses, and lead line teams to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. You will work independently on the manufacturing floor, identifying and fixing problems, improving systems, and being responsible for your equipment.
Requirements
- Experience in continuous improvement, modern manufacturing concepts, total productive maintenance, and Six Sigma
- Leading and coaching line teams
- Handling challenging interpersonal situations and influencing people in a union environment
- Communicating verbally and in writing with attention to detail
- Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
