(Senior) Investment Project Engineer (m/f)

We are seeking a Project Engineer to co-create the growth and productivity investment agenda in Mondelez Biscuits factory in Tomaszow Mazowiecki. The role will focus on projects implementation, leading the Project Management Office and managing multiple projects.

Requirements

• University degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, food industry and/or project management is preferred
• At least 3-5 year of professional experience in project management
• Industrial Project Management experience (in large scale projects)
• Previous experience in leading, motivating and engaging teams
• Fluent English and at least communicative Polish knowledge
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
• Ability to work independently and drive results
• Working experience with multinational teams and stakeholders is an asset
