Assist in category strategy formulation, channel insight and conversion, regional opportunity identification and prioritization, data-driven and prediction management, promotion activity coordination and execution, activity ROI, promotion coverage, and terminal feedback, channel strategy formulation and evaluation, investment efficiency management, and team capability building.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, economics, management, or related fields
- Over 3 years of experience in sales/marketing/channel-related roles in the fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Familiarity with the operating modes and shopper behavior differences of major channels (modern channels, traditional channels, e-commerce, membership stores, etc.)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and excellent logical judgment and business insight
- Ability to fluently use English and Chinese
- Strong initiative, good cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to frequent regional business trips with clear target-oriented and execution ability
