Job Description
As Legal Counsel, you will provide legal guidance related to commercial and technology deals, product commercialization, regulatory compliance and legal risk management.
Requirements
- LL.B. or J.D. and active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario or Quebec.
- 3+ years of experience practicing in corporate law, preferably with a blend of full-service law firm and in-house experience.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to constructively manage difficult conversations and effectively address and resolve issues.
- Strong work ethic and ability to effectively prioritize and handle a broad array of matters.
