As the Onboarding Manager, you will spearhead the onboarding process for new publishers, ensuring they are equipped with the right tech, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. This is a cornerstone role that is pivotal to our company’s success.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Programmatic sell-side advertising, Customer Onboarding, or Ad Operations
- Understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM), AdSense, Header Bidding, and Google Analytics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously without dropping the ball
